The default.cfg file is now named boom.cfg and contains help and value ranges for every line.

Load sprites and flats from the PWAD

Wad loading no longer pauses unless a pwad is not found

Increase mouse speed maximum

Default cmdline file extensions, always allow paths for file parameters

Ultimate DOOM file can be named DOOM.WAD, autodetected

Nomonsters bug fix (persistence of -nomonsters, -respawn and -fast through demos and IDCLEV's)

(DM) Added command-line switch -frags nn to end level after nn frags

Dehacked support for .deh file input, design complete for easier text change functionality

Customizable key bindings for weapons selection, player movement

Have separate horizontal and vertical mouse sensitivity settings

-timedemo and -fastdemo measurements improved by reducing game startup noise

Added vertical sync wait for smoother display, config file can defeat

Option -timedemo improved to report FPS and handle multiple levels

Option -fastdemo added to ignore gametics and go as fast as possible
